Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the Brinkbell app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Your account

You need to sign in to use most features. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

The Service

Brinkbell reads your connected calendars and schedules alarms before your events. Alarms rely on your device and its operating system to fire on time. While we work hard to make them reliable, we can't guarantee that every alarm will sound in every circumstance (for example, if the device is off, out of battery, or the OS restricts background activity). Do not rely on Brinkbell as your sole reminder for critical or safety-related events.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it to break any law.

Third-party services

Brinkbell connects to third-party services such as Google Calendar, Apple, Outlook and your app store. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brinkbell will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed events, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
