Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Brinkbell ("we", "us") builds an app that reads your calendars and rings alarms before your events. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your calendar content for advertising.

How your data is stored and shared

Your account, calendar connections and alarm settings are stored on our servers to enable cross-device sync. Calendar event details are also processed on your device to schedule local notifications. We share data only with service providers that help us run Brinkbell — such as Google (sign-in and Calendar API), our hosting provider, and RevenueCat (subscription management) — and only as needed to provide the service, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your associated account data, calendar connections and alarm settings.

Your choices and rights

Children

Brinkbell is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
